MEMBENTUK KELUARGA SAKINAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF FIQH MUNAKAHAT DI DESA BROKOH WONOTUNGGAL BATANG
Abstract
abstract: Islam seeks to create peace and prosperity for its people, as explained in verse 21 of Surah Ar-Rum in the Koran. By forming a sakinah family, it is necessary to take steps to create a happy and prosperous family while introducing the entire family to positive things that will bring them a better life. Fiqh Munakahat are the rules regarding marriage in Islam. Islam is unique and applies throughout the world at all times. The Munakahat Fiqh assessment in building a Sakina family is to understand and respect each other, trust and love each other, care based on religion, always consult with each other and be open to each other. The research uses a qualitative approach, by going directly into the field. Data was obtained through interviews. Apart from data obtained from interviews, this research is also supported by library research, especially by reading and reviewing books, articles, theses and other sources related to research on the Sakinah family. Research shows that the concept they live by is the most important and contrary to Islam, namely SAW which comes from the Al-Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as well as Islamic law in its current form, peace, family harmony, maintaining the rights and obligations of husband and wife, noviolence, satisfaction of all possible spiritual and material needs Resolving every problem well, that is the basic effort of the form of a sakinah family.
