A ANALISIS MINAT MENABUNG MAHASISWA UIN SULTAN MAULANA HASANUDDIN BANTEN DI BANK SYARIAH

Abstract

This journal aims to find out how big the interest in saving is for students of the State Islamic University of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten in Islamic banks. Interest means desire, while saving is setting aside some of the income or assets we have for future needs. If students at the State Islamic University of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten have a great desire to save in Islamic banks, then the opportunities for Islamic banks to become superior banks from other banks will be even more wide open. This study uses a quantitative method, namely the questionnaire system. The results showed that students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Bantem State Islamic University had a high desire to save, namely 74.19%. When compared to the desire to save between men and women, women's savings opportunities are much greater (87.1%) than men's (12.9%). However, when compared with the t-test there is no difference between the desire to save men and women.
